  2. In the prepared bowl, pour out the milk, add sugar, cocoa, break two chicken eggs (use fresh homemade eggs very well), add salt and mix everything well with a whisk: until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  3. In a separate container, combine wheat flour with a baking powder and sift.
  4. Sifted flour is added to the chocolate mass and everything is thoroughly mixed (until uniform) whisk.
  5. Then add the vegetable refined oil, and again everything is thoroughly mixed.
  6. To bake a pie, we need a shape with a diameter of 20 centimeters.
  7. The prepared form is lubricated with vegetable oil (it is best to do it with a silicone brush) and sprinkle a little with flour.
  8. A gentle dough for the pie is put into the mold.
  9. The form with the dough is sent to the oven preheated to 180 degrees: for 35-40 minutes. We check the preparedness of the pie with a wooden skewer.
