A very tasty curd cheese cake with prunes is quickly and easily prepared, but turns out to be an incredible festive. A very delicate, moderately sweet filling with caramel flavor and a crumbly melting mouthfeel - such a miracle cake will be enjoyed by all gourmets and lovers of sweet desserts. A cheese pie with prunes in the oven is a fragrant and very useful pastry for the whole family: but especially it will please the children, since it reminds everyone of the chocolate cheeses that are loved by everyone.


On Dough:

  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa;
  • 180 grams of flour;
  • 120 grams of butter;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.

For filling:

  • 400 grams of cottage cheese;
  • 2 fresh chicken eggs;
  • 200 grams of boiled condensed milk;
  • 1 tablespoon of potato starch;
  • 150 grams of prunes.

Very tasty curd cheese cakes with prunes. Step-by-step recipe

  1. We put butter in a saucepan or a saucepan, add sugar and cocoa. Put the dishes on the fire and cook until the butter dissolves.
  2. When the oil dissolves, remove the pan from the fire, and allow the mass to cool.
  3. In the flour add the baking powder and sift through a sieve into a deep bowl, in which we will knead the dough.
  4. We put sour cream (according to the recipe) into the flour and pour in the melted (and cooled down) butter with cocoa.
  5. Mix the dough with silicone spatula: it turns out elastic and does not stick to your hands. We remove the finished dough in the refrigerator (covered with food film) for the time while we prepare the filling.
  6. In the bowl, we spread cottage cheese of any fat content (I used home, well pressed).
  7. In cottage cheese we add boiled condensed milk, eggs and potato starch (according to the recipe). All thoroughly mixed, and then punched blender to homogeneity.
  8. Council. If you love messenger, then in the filling you can add sugar, to taste.
  9. From the cooled dough we separate the fourth part and put it back in the refrigerator.
  10. In a round shape with a diameter of 20 centimeters spread the remaining dough (you do not need to lubricate the shape, the ready-made pie will exit it so well).
  11. We distribute the dough in shape, pressing it down with your fingers: making a flat bottom and high sides.
  12. Lubricate the dough with a couple of spoons of curd filling, lay out on it prunes (thoroughly washed and dried). We pour the remains of the curd pastry onto the dried fruits. We lower the sides (if necessary) to the filling level.
  13. A piece of the remaining dough (from the refrigerator) is rubbed on a large grater, evenly spreading over the surface of the cake.
  14. We put the cheese cake with prunes in a well-heated oven and bake at 180 degrees 40-45 minutes.
  15. We leave the curd cheese curd in the form of 30 minutes, and then extract and transfer to a serving dish.
