  • milk - 300 milliliters;
  • sugar - 20-30 grams;
  • chocolate from 75% cocoa - 50 grams;
  • gelatin - 10 grams;
  • water - 30 milliliters.

  1. We take a small container, put gelatin into it and fill it with water. It is necessary to mix well and leave on the table for 15 minutes, so that the gelatin is swollen.
  2. Now we need a saucepan. Pour the milk into it and add the sugar. We put the container on the plate and, without stopping stirring, bring to a boil.
  3. When the liquid boils, remove from heat and add chocolate, in which at least 75% cocoa. Chocolate does not need to be rubbed or finely broken, enough to divide into cubes, and it will melt in hot milk. It is necessary to mix the whisk until it completely dissolves.
  4. If it has already been 15 minutes and the gelatin has swelled, add it to the liquid and dissolve it by mixing well.
  5. Almost done. Now you need to pour the chocolate milk into the molds. I use silicone for muffins. You can take any. Suitable and small glass or metal containers, and even large, only they need to be held in the refrigerator for longer, and the finished jelly is cut before serving.
  6. When the liquid is poured, send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours (if the big form, leave it longer).
  7. The finished jelly can be served in the same container in which it was cooled, or it can be transferred to plates. It is quite easy to shift from a silicone mold, it is soft, it is convenient to work with it, jelly does not break. And if you used a metal or glass form, lower it for a minute in hot water, then just turn it over, and jelly will jump out easily.
