  • citric acid - 0.5 teaspoons;

  • food colors: yellow, green, black.

  2. We pour the juice into the saucepan, shift the citrus peel and half of the sugar. We put it on the stove and bring it to a boil.

  4. The hot orange-sugar mixture is poured into the egg mass, quickly and thoroughly kneaded with whisk until uniform.
