You will not believe, but yesterday I ate the most delicious buns with nuts. So delicious, so ruddy that I, of course, decided to reproduce the recipe and share it with you. Everything was not so difficult. Therefore, I'll tell you how to make buns with nuts at home. Like all other buns, ours are made from yeast dough and baked in the oven. Nut buns are so fragrant that it turns out that all your neighbors will scent. Prepare the nut buns - and you will not regret it.
- 650-700 grams of flour;
- 10 grams of dry yeast;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 3-4 tablespoons of sugar;
- 500 milliliters of warm milk;
- 50 milliliters of sunflower oil;
- to taste vanillin;
- 400 grams of any fried nuts;
- 50 grams of butter;
- 200 grams of sugar (for filling).

- Yeast is mixed with a few tablespoons of sugar and as many spoons we take flour. Mix it all with warm milk and let it sit for five minutes in a warm place.
- In a bowl of a blender or a bowl, pour out the sifted flour. Add to it the remaining sugar, vanillin, salt and mix. Then add milk with yeast and mix.
- The dough became a homogeneous consistency, it is time to introduce sunflower oil into it. Mix again the dough into a bowl and let it rise in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
- While the dough is suitable, let's take care of the burger filling. For our recipe, absolutely any nuts: peanuts, almonds or walnuts.
- Roasted nuts (I have peanuts), grind the blender to a large crumb.
- Add to them the softened butter and sugar, which we separately put aside for the filling. Mix everything until uniform.
- Approached the dough roll and divide it into three parts. Each part of the dough is shaped like a rectangle. We do it by hand, lightly moistening them with sunflower oil.
- In the middle of the test, lay out the filling and wrap the edges to the middle. The resulting rectangle is divided into the same strips. They should be about seven pieces. For more details, see this process in the video under the recipe.
- Each strip is twisted twice: on the one hand and on the other. We give buns for 15 minutes.
- Roll the buns on a baking sheet and send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, bake.
- The buns became rosy. Try their readiness by punching a dough with a toothpick. If it is baked, remove it from the oven.
That's all, we let the buns cool down - and we serve them to the table. Homemade peanut buns are sure to please everyone.
