The Kremlin cake is a very delicious cake, the recipe of which has been undeservedly forgotten! Just imagine crispy puff cakes and three kinds of cream! Not a cake, but a real fairy tale. Despite its name and pathos, it's very easy to cook it! But the guests will not guess about it, but they will be sure that you created a real masterpiece! So, write it down.



  • flour - 2 cups;
  • sour cream - 200 grams;
  • butter - 200 grams.

Yellow Cream:

  • egg yolks - 5 pieces;
  • butter - 100 grams;
  • sugar - 0,75 glasses.

Protein Cream:

  • egg whites - 5 pieces;
  • sugar - 0,75 glasses.

Lemon cream:

  • lemon - 1 piece;
  • half a glass of sugar.

  1. Send the oil in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Then grate it on a grater, mix it with sour cream, add the sifted flour and mix the dough. The dough turns out rather soft. Divide the dough into 6 balls and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. In the meantime, prepare a lemon cream: scald lemon with boiling water and grate it on a grater. Add sugar and mix.
