My dear, today I propose to prepare the fastest air donuts, which you - one hundred percent - have not yet tried. Their taste is simply amazing: soft, airy, with a delicate crust - you will not even notice how quickly and easily they are cooked. Some may argue that donuts are a troublesome business. And here not! Because our donuts we will cook on kefir, and not on yeast. Go to the kitchen!
- kefir 2,5% - 250 milliliters;
- butter - 30 grams;
- egg - 1 piece;
- vegetable oil (refined) - 3-4 tablespoons;
- sugar - 4-5 tablespoons;
- flour - 390 grams;
- salt - 1 pinch;
- soda - 0.5 teaspoonful;
- powdered sugar.

- We break the egg into a bowl, in which we will make a dough for donuts, and whisk with whisk. Egg can be shaken and a mixer: how anyone is comfortable.
- Add all the sugar at once and continue whipping until smooth. Sugar in the egg does not dissolve completely, but remains a thick mass. By the way, half of sugar can be replaced with honey, taking two tablespoons of it - this is a matter of taste.
- Now it's time to add kefir. Kefir does not need to be taken fresh: it's very good if the fermented milk product lasts 3-4 days.
- We pour out salt and soda. All mixed.
- Butter must be melted on the stove until it is liquid. Allow to cool and then enter into the dough. I, for example, melt the butter in a microwave oven. This time is faster, and it will not be so hot.
- Sifted flour add a few spoons to the dough, do not need to pour out all at once. Flour is sold all the different and therefore one will go less on a prescription, and the other, on the contrary, more. Therefore, for donuts to turn out to be airy, it is better to add flour in portions.
- So, poured flour, mixed. Once again poured and again the dough is mixed. When the corolla you can no longer knead the dough, pour a few spoons of flour on the table and spread the dough from the bowl on it.
- We knead the dough to homogeneity, but not very cool. In the middle we make a deepening and add sunflower oil. Please note that we use only refined oil.
- In the oil, we dip our hands and begin to stretch the dough around the edges and intervene, then into the inside. A little secret: if we had added sunflower oil earlier, before adding flour, the dough would have turned out to be much denser and not so airy.
- When the dough stops sticking to your hands, and it will happen quickly enough, it's ready. Knife we divide the dough into two identical parts. The flour for further preparation of donuts on the table is not necessary to sprinkle: otherwise the donuts will burn during the frying.
- Roll out half the dough with a rolling pin: its width should not be more than one centimeter. Cut donuts can be a special mold, but if you do not have one, then you can take a regular bowl, and cut the middle with a glass. The edges and the middle of the mold, which will be in contact with the test, must be greased with vegetable oil.
- Put the frying pan on the stove and pour in it sunflower oil: about a centimeter in height - and warm it up. Fire do below average: at this temperature, donuts will be roasted, not burned.
- We send donuts to the pan and fry first from one side to a golden color, then on the other. You can turn them over using two forks: this will be more convenient.
