Summer - it's time to refresh yourself and try the best natural ice cream, prepared with only three ingredients! It is delicious - there is no real creamy taste in any ice cream shop! In addition, it can safely be given to children (temperature itself control): in fact there are no stabilizers and thickeners in it. And most of all it's amazing that such yummy can be prepared using all familiar, easily accessible products: and without any effort - the recipe is absolutely simple! - Condensed milk - 100-200 grams;
- fatty cream (at least 30%) - 200 milliliters;
- liquid vanilla extract (vanillin, vanilla sugar) - 1 teaspoon;
- any chocolate (tile) - 80 grams.

- Cream must be cooled beforehand. Beat the mixer at medium speed until lush, thick peaks.
- Advice: the cream must necessarily be bold, otherwise they will not break. Also, during whipping, do not overdo it so that they do not turn into oil (the mass is stratified into serum and oil).
- Add the cream to the cream. Who likes very sweet, he can add in a 1: 1 ratio (cream and condensed milk), but as for me, it's too sweet. My opinion: 100-125 grams will be enough, in case of emergency, it can be added. Therefore, do not rush to immediately pour out the full amount of condensed milk.
- Add the extract of vanilla. It can be replaced with vanillin - 2 grams, or vanilla sugar - 10 grams.
- All beat up the mixer at a low speed - the mass will look like sour cream.
- We pour the mass into special plastic molds for ice cream (they can be bought in the ware shops). If you do not have molds, you can use paper coffee cups for freezing. (Disposable plastic cups should not be used for freezing, as their composition is not known to the end).
- If you have a freezer at home, then before filling the molds, scroll 5-7 minutes of creamy mass in the ice cream maker. From this it will become more magnificent, and already ready ice cream is more gentle, without ice pellets.
- To make homemade ice cream with chocolate icing, melt the chocolate in a water bath. You can use any (milk, black or white), according to your desire.
- Pour melted chocolate in a glass and slowly roll it so that the glaze is evenly distributed throughout the inner surface. The rest of the chocolate is drained back into the bowl, for the next glass. If the chocolate mass in the bowl has become thick enough, it can be slightly heated in a water bath.
- To glaze evenly frozen, put the cups turned upside down at first on the grate, for 3-4 minutes - this will allow the excess to flow off, and solidify the chocolate mass.
- After we remove the cups in the freezer for 2-3 minutes, so that the icing becomes firm.
- Fill the cups with chocolate creamy vanilla mass, lightly tap the bottom of the table so that the mass for the future ice cream is evenly distributed in the mold. At the end, insert a stick (instead of it you can use wooden stirrers for coffee or sticks for sushi).
- We remove the ice cream in the freezer for the night. In the morning, slightly cut the paper cup and gently take out the finished ice cream. If you used special plastic molds, then dip them into hot water for 1 minute - and easily get a delicious ice cream.
