  • 110 grams of flour;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 70 grams of vegetable oil;
  • 100 grams of sugar;

  • a quarter teaspoon of ground cinnamon;
  • a quarter teaspoon ground ginger;

  1. To begin, we prepare the carrots: it needs to be washed, peeled, grated on a fine grater, if the carrot is juicy, then squeeze the juice. Transfer the grated carrots into a convenient bowl.
  2. In a bowl to carrots add vegetable oil, drive in the egg and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass.
  3. Flour sift and add to it baking powder, soda, cinnamon and ginger, all mixed.
  4. If you do not like cinnamon and ginger, you can not add them to the carrot dough.
  5. In the carrot add sugar, and mix everything, pour out the flour. Again, we mix everything thoroughly. The dough is ready, he needs to give a couple of minutes to brew.
  6. Prepare the baking molds. Baking muffins can be done in silicone or paper molds. Silicone molds can be lightly oiled with vegetable oil.
