  • sour cream 15% - 500 grams;
  • butter - 200 grams;
  • sugar - 2 cups;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • soda - 1 teaspoon, extinguished with vinegar;
  • vanilla - pinch;
  • flour - 3 cups;
  • cocoa - 2 tablespoons.


  • sour cream - 700 grams;
  • sugar - 1 glass (you can add more sugar - it's a matter of taste);
  • vanilla sugar.

Sour cream classic. Step-by-step recipe

  1. Whisk the eggs with sugar until lush foam.
  2. Then add the melted butter, sour cream, vanilla, mix everything well.
  3. Soda is extinguished with vinegar and add to the dough. After the soda, add the flour.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 parts, one can add cocoa.
  5. Bake two cakes at a temperature of 170 ° C - 25-30 minutes.
  6. While baking cakes, cook the cream. Stir well the sour cream with sugar, add a little vanilla sugar.
  7. Ready cakes should cool, then cut each into 2 parts.
  8. On the dish, which will lay out the cakes. apply a thin layer of cream, then put the first cake and grease it with cream. When you collect all the cakes, well miss the entire cake, edges too.
  9. From above I decorated the cake with grated chocolate. But you can make glaze or decorate with fruit.
