There are many recipes for these wonderful desserts, for every taste. I propose to make a delicate, tasty, and most importantly - quick-to-prepare homemade cake. The whole charm of making this sweetness is that you can add fillings at your will: berries, raisins, jam, chocolate and nuts. Preparing cupcakes is very simple, we need the basic ingredients: eggs, flour and margarine - and special molds (silicone or metal).



  • wheat flour - 350 grams;
  • egg - 4 pieces;
  • Vanilla sugar or vanillin;
  • milk - 100 milliliters;
  • sugar - 200 grams;
  • baking powder for the dough - 2 teaspoons or soda, slaked with vinegar;
  • butter or margarine for baking - 250 grams;
  • cocoa - 1 tablespoon.

  1. First we need to make a dough. In order to mix it, you can use a mixer, blender or corolla. The main thing is to mix the necessary ingredients for the test very well.
  2. In a bowl add a softened butter or margarine for baking, pour sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix with a mixer.
  3. Eggs are driven in one by one, after each addition we mix the dough with a mixer.
  4. Add salt, pour in the milk and mix with a mixer: but already at a low speed.
  5. Sift the sifted flour into a separate bowl, add baking powder, mix lightly (you can sift the flour together with the baking powder).
  6. In a homogeneous mixture, whipped with a mixer, pour a little flour with a baking powder. Mix at a small speed mixer. The dough should be viscous and, at the same time, airy. If you have a desire, you can add raisins or nuts.
  7. The recipe for our cupcake uses two types of dough. To do this, divide the dough into approximately two parts: in the first part, add the cocoa and mix thoroughly, and leave the second part white, without adding anything. As a result, we get two types of test. If there is no cocoa, you can make a pure white cupcake.
  8. When the dough is mixed, it is necessary to switch to baking. We take any form for baking (I use silicone) and carefully lubricate with vegetable or butter.
  9. Using two spoons, put two kinds of dough in a chaotic manner. After that, when all the dough is laid out, level it with a spoon, so that there are no voids.
  10. Dough, laid out in a mold, put the oven in a preheated to 180 degrees oven, for 40-50 minutes. Baking time depends on the size of the shape and features of your oven.
  11. Readiness can be checked with a wooden stick or toothpick: if the stick is dry when puncturing the cake, it means it is ready.
  12. The cupcake must be cooled in a form to a warm state, then removed and allowed to cool completely.
  13. Cool the cake to put on a plate and decorate: you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, pour with melted chocolate or glaze.
