  • 500 milliliters of milk;
  • 250 milliliters of water;
  • one glass of sugar;
  • 70 grams of butter;
  • 40 grams of fresh yeast;
  • three chicken eggs;
  • 10 grams (one sachet) of vanilla sugar;
  • 50 milliliters of vegetable oil.

A roll with poppy seeds. Step-by-step recipe

  1. Combine the milk with water and heat to a temperature of 37 degrees.
  2. In a small amount of warm milk dilute yeast.
  3. In a common milk, add a couple of tablespoons of sugar, pour in the yeast mixture and a little sifted flour (knead the spoon in a consistency such as a rare kissel). Ready to stand in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  4. Since the rich rolls will have a poppy filling, you need to prepare a poppy and now I'll tell you how to do it correctly: boil the poppy with boiling water: add the boiling water to the poppy a little, until a paste-like mixture is obtained.
  5. Put poppy seeds for steaming in a water bath and cover with a lid.
  6. Three chicken eggs, vanilla sugar, the remaining sugar and a teaspoon of salt, combine and mix with a mixer.
  7. When the oar for the sweet roll is suitable, then combine it with the beaten eggs and mix.
  8. In small portions add the sifted flour to the spoon and knead the dough. When the dough becomes thick - add the cooled down melted butter (instead of butter you can use margarine).
  9. Wet your hands in vegetable oil, make kneading dough (to make the dough uniform and the flour intervened).
  10. Cover the dough with a towel and leave to stand in a warm place for one hour.
  11. When the dough for the roll increases in volume, knead it and leave for another 30 minutes.
  12. In the poppy poppy, add two tablespoons of jam, sugar, a pinch of salt and mix well.
  13. The finished dough is divided into four parts.
  14. One part of the dough is rolled into a rectangular layer, apply a uniform filling on the dough, roll up the roll, turn the seam down and top with the knife on top of the roll. Each next part of the test is done the same way.
