The season of tangerines in full swing and in our menu the tastiest tangerine cupcakes, I decided to share this recipe with "Very tasty". The tangerine cupcakes in a hurry fell to my family's taste. The composition is quite simple, but the guys are delighted.




  • butter - 220 grams;
  • sugar - 220 grams;
  • flour - 220 grams;
  • baking powder - 2 teaspoons;
  • eggs - 4 pieces;
  • tangerines - 3 pieces;
  • sugar - 40 grams.

1. Mix sugar and butter, beat together with a mixer. 2. Enter into the mass alternately 4 eggs. 3. Add the flour and baking powder. Once again, everything is mixed. 4. Put the baking in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, in a cake or muffin shape. Next, you need to oil each cavity with oil (or a general shape, depending on the kind of baking utensils used). At the bottom, pour on a tablespoon of ordinary sugar. 5. Cut the mandarins (and you can use lemons, grapefruits, kiwi or oranges) across. Using additional ingredients you can change the taste each time and get a new cupcake recipe. 6. Put the dough on top of the fruit, leaving a little space to raise the dough. 7. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. For beginners, I will specify: we determine the readiness of the texts in terms of color (check whether the cake is ready, you can also skewers). The scoop should be dry. 8. Ready cakes need to cool for at least 5 minutes, after which you can take them out of shape and enjoy the taste.
