  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • water - 2 tablespoons;
  • vinegar - 1 teaspoonful;
  • sunflower oil - 1/3 teaspoon.

  1. We put ironware on a weak fire, fill it with sugar, then add water.
  2. Water should not be too much, it should cover the sugar with a thin layer.
  3. Then add a teaspoon of vinegar.
  4. Now cook the mass, stirring constantly. When the mass gets an amber tint, turn off the fire.
  5. Stir our caramel so that the bubbles disappear.
  6. Quickly poured into oiled molds, while caramel is not frozen. I have a silicone mold for ice. And we put a toothpick into each candy.
  7. We send it to the fridge, freeze.
  8. For convenience, you can put each candy in a food film.
  9. Everything, our sugar candies at home are ready.
