- 100 grams of peanut peeled;

- We take the fresh peanuts, peeled from the red shell (in any case neither salty nor sweet). Pour into a colander and rinse well with running water.
- Pour the pure peanuts on a waffle or paper towel, so that the glass is superfluous, soak it. It is not necessary to achieve an ideal dry state.
- On a hot frying pan with a thick bottom, we shift the peanuts (we do not need to pour oil). Constantly stirring, it is good to fry it on medium heat until golden brown (be careful not to burn).
- You can also dry the nuts in the oven, but the butter turns out to be more delicious if peanuts are dried in a frying pan.
- Pour the prepared hot nuts into the blender bowl and beat to a fine crumb.
- If the power of the blender is less than 600 W, then do not put all the nuts in the bowl at once: it simply will not master them. It is better to fill in portions.

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place our baking tray into it: for 12 minutes.
- Only baked cookies are very soft, after cooling, a crusty crust is formed on it. A chocolate chip is very soft.
