- Then gradually begin to add the warmed milk into yeast. So we should dissolve them. We add milk before the formation of gruel. It is worth noting that we mix the ingredients exclusively with a wooden spoon.
- Now the resulting mixture is sent to the remaining milk and mixed until completely dissolved.
- Add the flour. It is necessary to knead the dough practically the same as for pancakes, but a bit thicker.
- The obtained opara should stand for 1 hour. It is still warm, so it will rise very well. It is best to pour into a large large form, not cold, In the future we will use it to knead the dough for a simple Easter cake.
