You can, of course, use the ready-made dough, but why? We will cook it for a few minutes by ourselves! We need only three basic ingredients, and the filling is exactly there. Sandy bagels at home can be prepared with sweet (with jam, with nuts) stuffing or, for example, with cabbage and mushrooms - it always turns out delicious! The bagels have a curved and simple shape, differ slightly in shape from the croissants, but they form very quickly: so that everyone will cope with it. A simple recipe for bagels with jam will help out during fasting: there are no dairy products, no eggs. In addition, it is budget and deliciously delicious. - wheat flour - 2 cups;
- vegetable oil - 0.5 cup;
- water with mineral gas - 0.5 cup;
- sugar - 1 tablespoon;

- Dough cook fast. All the products are at room temperature, but it's okay if you take it out of the refrigerator - that's also possible! In a cup, mix the prepared sugar with salt.
- We measure the right amount of mineral water. It must be necessarily carbonated: the gases loosen the dough and allow it to rise. By the way, you can take a glass any - and all of them can only measure to save proportions. I always use a standard glass: 250 milliliters.
- Next I pour in vegetable oil, odorless, refined. Mix with a corolla or use a mixer, if you want. Mix slightly, so that water and oil are slightly combined.
- We start to introduce portions of flour. Added, mixed - and so with all the flour. Dough in the end should turn out to be oil, elastic, not clogged with flour. This dough does not stick to the table, nor to the hands.
- Cover the dough with a plate, let it rest. This is not necessary, but it will be more elastic and more homogeneous.
- After a couple of minutes, roll our ball into a rectangular formation about five millimeters thick. It is better to do this immediately so that no scrapes can be obtained. But if it turned out differently - not scary! We collected it, gave it a little lie down and rolled it out again.
- Cut the dough into the same triangles: the size of the bagel can be small or large. Here everything depends on the filling or your taste preferences. I got 8 medium triangles.
- We spread out the stuffing from jam or thick jam: with what you want. Filling is placed on a wide part, folding into a bagel. We fix a little before this stuffing, so that it does not spread over the baking tray during baking. By the way, the filling should be thick enough!
- You can grease the baking tray with vegetable or butter. I use baking paper: you do not need to lubricate it.
- The oven is heated to 200 degrees. We put the pan with bagels, bake only 20-25 minutes.
- For a beautiful color, you can grease the top of the bagels with an egg or a simple sweet brew (if in a post). Be sure to return to the oven, for a couple of minutes: to a ruddy color.
- Finished cookies-bagels sprinkle with powdered sugar: and you can leave it. Eaten even faster than they prepared!
