Ingredients:

  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • butter - 100 grams;
  • granulated sugar - 180 grams;
  • dry yeast - 10 grams;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • flour - 600 grams;
  • vanilla sugar -15 grams;
  • sour cream - 100 milliliters;
  • kefir - 200 milliliters
  • salt - to taste;
  • light raisins - 150 grams;
  • egg yolk - 1 piece;
  • sesame seeds for sprinkling.

Easter sweet loaf. Step-by-step recipe

  1. Let's warm up a little kefir: approximately, up to 40 degrees. This can be done in a microwave oven. Do not overheat, otherwise it will break up.
  2. In kefir, add a tablespoon of sugar, dry yeast and a couple of spoons of flour.
  3. Cover the gum of the Easter cake and send it to a warm place without drafts.
  4. In the meantime, in a deep bowl, beat the egg and sugar with a mixer: until a lush, light-yellow color forms.
  5. Here we add sour cream, pre-melted butter.
  6. Council. After the butter has melted, it must be cooled to room temperature. Because if you mix the hot ingredients with the eggs, they will boil.
  7. When our opara for the Easter loaf comes up, add the oily egg mass and gently mix it.
  8. Separately sift through a sieve flour.
  9. Council. The flour can be sieved several times: this will not only save unnecessary particles, but also enrich it with air. From this baking will be more magnificent and airy.
  10. Gradually introduce the sieved flour to the liquid ingredients.

  15. Council. Before adding dried fruit to the dough, they must be soaked for an hour in cold water, then drain the water and rinse it in hot water. After that raisins, or any other dried fruits, you need to dry - and only after that use for further cooking.
  16. So, the dough with raisins is well kneaded, so that the berries are evenly distributed throughout the test for the loaf.
  17. We place the dough in a bowl, oiled, covered and sent to a warm place for an hour and a half.
  18. When the dough grows, divide it into three equal parts and roll each part into bundles. All bundles should be the same size.

  20. In a round shape, with a diameter of 24-26 centimeters, we lay out a woven "braid", forming a circle.

  24. We send the sweet loaf to bake for 50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius, then after 10 minutes the top of the baking should be covered with foil and lowered the temperature to 160 degrees - and continue baking until done.
  25. Council. The readiness of the baked product can be checked with a wooden stick or toothpick. If the piercing remains clean when piercing, the cake is ready. If the dough stuck: then baking still need to sit in the oven.
