- 250 grams of flour;
- 6 fresh chicken eggs;

- Separate the proteins from the yolks. We beat the proteins in a lush foam with a mixer, gradually pouring the sugar. Continuing to beat, we introduce into the mixture one yolk.
- Sifted flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa powder. Stirring.
- In small portions, add flour to the egg mixture, each time thoroughly mixing.
- In a split form, covered with parchment, pour out our dough. We send in the heated up to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick or a wooden skewer.
- Cooled cake cut into two unequal parts. The lower half is 1.5 centimeters thick.
