Gentle, soft and unusually delicious home-made pancake "Pancho" with strawberries is easy to cook even a beginner confectioner. A fragrant ripe strawberry, an airy cream and melting biscuit in the mouth - this combination can delight even the most inveterate gourmet. With a step-by-step recipe, cooking homemade cakes will not be difficult.


  • 250 grams of flour;
  • 6 fresh chicken eggs;
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa;
  • 360 grams of sugar;
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder.

  • 250 grams of sugar.

  1. Separate the proteins from the yolks. We beat the proteins in a lush foam with a mixer, gradually pouring the sugar. Continuing to beat, we introduce into the mixture one yolk.
  2. Sifted flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa powder. Stirring.
  3. In small portions, add flour to the egg mixture, each time thoroughly mixing.
  4. In a split form, covered with parchment, pour out our dough. We send in the heated up to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick or a wooden skewer.
  5. Cooled cake cut into two unequal parts. The lower half is 1.5 centimeters thick.
  6. The top part of the cake is cut into cubes with a side of 3 centimeters.
  7. For cream: a thick cream of high fat content is mixed with sugar and beat for 5-7 minutes with a mixer.
  8. The lower part of the biscuit spreads on the dish, abundantly lubricated with sour cream.
  9. We spread on it (in a circle) a strawberry: washed, cleared of tails and cut by plates. Instead of strawberries, you can use bananas, cherries (or any other berries and fruits), nuts.
  10. Cubes from the cake dip into the cream and spread on berries (in one layer). Repeat the layers. Each new layer of cubes is laid out in such a way that a hill is formed (in more detail this process you can look at the video under the recipe).
  11. In conclusion: we cover the house cake with the remaining cream from all sides and decorate with glaze.
  12. For its preparation, melt the dark chocolate with butter on a water bath (or in a microwave). Then place the glaze in a regular plastic bag, pierce the corner of it and apply patterns across the surface of the cake (as in the photo).
  13. You can just sprinkle a cake with strawberry chocolate chips.
  14. We remove the ready homemade cake in the refrigerator: at least 3 hours to soak.
