Ingredients:

  • oatmeal - 200 grams;
  • banana - 2 pieces;
  • yoghurt without additives - 200 milliliters;
  • two chicken eggs;
  • blueberries - 50 grams.

Dietary cupcakes from oat flakes. Step-by-step recipe

  1. Oat flakes with a blender to grind into flour.
  2. Two chicken eggs (I use medium-sized homemade eggs), two bananas and yogurt without additives, beaten with a blender until smooth.
  3. Oatmeal together with yogurt and beat well with a mixer at a low speed: until all the lumps are dissolved (the whisk is ideal for whipping).
  4. Whipped mass for cupcakes leave to stand for five minutes to make it thicker.
  5. In a dough add blueberries (berries can be used both frozen and fresh) and gently mix with a spatula (if you mix with a mixer, then only at a low speed). It is very important that during the mixing, the berries remain intact.
  6. Bake diet cakes with fruits will be in silicone forms.

Tip: when baking cakes in silicone molds, you do not need to lubricate the shape with oil, and this significantly reduces calories. And one more huge plus of silicone forms is that silicone does not react with products. It is very good to bake cakes in such formulations as diet cottage cheese (skimmed cottage cheese).
