The real decoration of the festive table and family dinner will be baked, cooked according to this recipe: delicious apple pie "Slice". His name he received for the fact that the pieces of pie are easily separated from each other. A beautiful, very lush pie, in fact consists of a large number of pies with apples. A delicious and tasty pie with apple flavor is just a masterpiece of homemade cakes that every hostess can cook. Pie is convenient to eat: just tear off a slice-petal - and enjoy a wonderful bakery.
- 150 milliliters of milk;
- 1.5 teaspoons quick-dissolving yeast;
- one fresh chicken egg;
- a tablespoon of sour cream;
- 1.5 tablespoons of sugar;
- half a teaspoon of salt;
- 50 grams of butter;
- 370 grams of flour.

Delicious apple pie "Slice". Step-by-step recipe
- Milk is poured into a saucepan, heated, poured into a deep bowl for kneading dough.
- Butter (according to the recipe) we put in a small saucepan or saucepan, heated on low heat until complete dissolution.
- In a bowl with milk, add dry yeast, mix whisk, add sugar, salt and sour cream (according to the recipe). We drive one fresh chicken egg, mix it with a whisk.
- We pour in the cooled butter, mix again and begin to fill in the flour. First we sift the flour through a sieve.
- We knead the dough in a bowl: first with a spatula, and then continue kneading on the table (hands). The finished dough turns out soft and elastic, does not stick to your hands.
- The dough is rounded, put in a bowl. Cover it with a towel or lid. Leave in a warm place for 25-30 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare apples for the filling. I wash my apples, peel off the peel, remove the middle with the seeds, cut into slices.
- After 30 minutes, the dough is laid out on the table, rolled into a layer 7 mm thick.
- Cut out the circles with a glass.
- We collect the remains of the dough, roll it out and cut out the mugs.
- A mold with a diameter of 26 centimeters is covered with parchment (bottom) and we lubricate the sides and bottom of the mold with vegetable oil.
- We will make a pie from pies. Prepare a bowl of sugar.
- We slice the apple into sugar, put it on a dough and tear the edges well so that the filling does not leak out.
- We do this procedure with the whole test.
- Ready-made pies with apples are placed very tightly in a mold, protected by the edges upwards. We spread it beautifully: in the form of a flower, and we make the middle of a pie cut into two parts. To make it clearer, see my video below, under the recipe.
- We leave the pie with apples for 15-20 minutes in a warm place, so that it comes up.
- We send the form with the pie in the preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes.
- We take the prepared pie from the oven and while it is hot we grease with syrup. To get the syrup, mix a tablespoon of sugar with a little water and mix.
Home apple pie is taken out of the form and served on the table, for tea or coffee. A beautiful apple pie perfectly complements a homemade lunch or dinner.
