There is a great variety of cottage cheese, but I want to offer you a dietary option: a curd casserole without sugar and flour. And the recipe is two in one: if desired, you can prepare a regular casserole, or you can - a delicious flavored cheesecake for those who lead a healthy lifestyle. The taste of cottage cheese is not felt at all: even those who do not like it are happy to eat casserole.


  • cottage cheese of any fat content - 500 grams;
  • fresh eggs - 5 pieces;
  • cinnamon, vanilla, zest for taste;
  • stevia (you can take any other sweetener) - 0.25 teaspoons;
  • water - 200-300 grams;
  • xanthan gum (or any other thickener that you can find in the store) - 0.5 teaspoon.

Cottage cheese casserole without sugar and flour. Step-by-step recipe

  1. In the bowl for the blender we spread cottage cheese.
  2. Add the orange peel (you can use any other citrus peel), half a teaspoon of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (you can adjust it to your taste).
  3. We drive in eggs (choose homemade and premium) and pour in the sweetener.
  4. Whisk until smooth. In principle, you can already bake - but it turns out the usual curd casserole.
  5. Let's do better: add water and a thickener - for the cream texture and similarity with cheesecake.
  6. Once again, everything is good whisk (to homogeneity).
  7. The mass is quite liquid (do not panic).
  8. We lubricate the cup of the multivark oil, sprinkle with a manga (or use coconut chips). Pour the dough into it.
  9. We add fresh (frozen berries) or bezcaloric marmalade to the curd mix.

A tip is a recipe. Prepare marmalade can be easily and quickly at home.

  • 20 grams of carcade tea (you can use any fruit tea to your taste), brew in 500 milliliters of water;
  • boil 2 teaspoons of agar-agar (with it you will have to experiment - depending on the manufacturer, you can leave 1 and 3 spoons) boil in 250 milliliters of water 2 minutes;
  • add the finished tea to the agar (through a strainer);
  • sweeten and flavor to your taste (I used stevia and strawberry flavor);
  • Pour into silicone molds and send to the refrigerator before solidification;
  • can be used not only for casseroles, but also for decorating cakes (instead of berries);
  • If the marmalade stiffens weakly, put it in a jar, mix it and use it as a confiture.
  1. We cook in a multivariate in any mode up to 100 degrees (the mixture should not boil). You can use the "porridge" mode or on heating.

Council. You can prepare a curd diet casserole and in the oven: in a water bath at a temperature of 160 degrees.

  1. We refrigerate in the refrigerator, without removing it from the mold, for at least 5 hours.
