  1. In a saucepan, pour the cream with a fat content of at least 30% and add the coconut shavings.

  4. In hot cream, add the crushed white chocolate and leave it to melt.

  6. The melted mixture of cream and chocolate will acquire a yellowish hue and a uniform structure. Then put it in a cool place for a few hours: you can prepare the cream from the evening and leave for the night.
  7. When the coconut cream for the cake will cool well, it needs to be beaten with a mixer. Then the house cream becomes dense and airy, well keeps the form.
