The most delicious cake with cherries, which is always happy to see on the table all my relatives! I cook it in summer and winter. In summer I add fresh cherries, and in winter I use frozen or canned. Always cherry pie on this recipe is juicy, just delicious!

Ingredients:

  • kefir - 450 grams;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 grams of margarine;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • flour;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda (extinguish with vinegar), you can replace the baking powder;
  • a cup of fresh, frozen or canned cherries.

A simple pie with a cherry. Step-by-step recipe

  1. Whisk the eggs with sugar: do not use a mixer, too fluffy we do not need.
  2. In the beaten eggs add kefir and soda, mix.
  3. Margarine melt and pour into the kefir mixture.
  4. Add flour and stir with a spoon. The dough should be liquid and sticky. Put a small piece of dough on the side.
  5. Form the baking grease with oil, put the dough there and smooth the whole form.
  6. Put cherries on top.
  7. And in the dough, which we put aside, add the flour and knead it. Roll out and cut into stripes.
  8. Make a mesh of them, on top of the cherry.
  9. Heat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the cake 30-40 minutes until cooked.

This cherry pie has a rather original taste: try it, you will not regret it.
