The most delicious cake with cherries, which is always happy to see on the table all my relatives! I cook it in summer and winter. In summer I add fresh cherries, and in winter I use frozen or canned. Always cherry pie on this recipe is juicy, just delicious!
- kefir - 450 grams;
- 2 eggs;
- 100 grams of margarine;
- a glass of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon of soda (extinguish with vinegar), you can replace the baking powder;
- a cup of fresh, frozen or canned cherries.

- Whisk the eggs with sugar: do not use a mixer, too fluffy we do not need.
- In the beaten eggs add kefir and soda, mix.
- Margarine melt and pour into the kefir mixture.
- Add flour and stir with a spoon. The dough should be liquid and sticky. Put a small piece of dough on the side.
- Form the baking grease with oil, put the dough there and smooth the whole form.
- Put cherries on top.
- And in the dough, which we put aside, add the flour and knead it. Roll out and cut into stripes.
- Make a mesh of them, on top of the cherry.
- Heat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the cake 30-40 minutes until cooked.
