- The recipe for tiramisu without eggs is so simple that even a schoolboy can cope with it. First, we prepare the cream: whip the cream until firm peaks (the cream should not drain off the whisk of the mixer). We mix sugar with them.
- Add the mascarpone cream and stir well. Here the main thing is not to overdo it so as not to perevzbit. The mass became homogeneous? All is ready. At this stage, the cream can be tried and decided whether you are satisfied with the amount of sugar.
- Building a cake. If you do the first time, it's easiest to start with a rectangular shape. I got used to making tiramisu and in round, laying savoyardi cookies in a ring from a detachable shape.
