  • nuts to taste;
  • cookies "melted milk" - 600 grams;
  • boiled condensed milk - 500 grams;
  • butter - 100 grams;
  • sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • 30 grams of black (milk) chocolate.

  1. Initially, you need to prepare cookies. For this cake is perfect cookies "melted milk": it needs to be crushed, but not into small crumbs (crumpled hands or use a combine).
  2. Boiled condensed milk (you can take immediately boiled condensed milk, but I prefer to buy raw condensed milk and cook it at home), beaten with a mixer. During whipping, the condensed milk becomes rare.
  3. Sour cream (best to use homemade, not very high fat content) is added to the whipped condensed milk and beat well with a mixer until smooth.
  4. Slice the room temperature with small cubes and add to the condensed milk. Cream for the cake is whisked well.
  5. We cut the walnuts, and then add crushed nuts to the cream and mix everything with a mixer.
  6. We connect the crumb from the pastry with the cream and mix everything to a homogeneous mass (it is very important that the cookie is soaked with cream: and the whole mass should not be liquid, but not thick.) See: if during the mixing you see that the consistency for the cake is liquid, then add more cookies).
  7. The ready sweet mass for the "Anthill" is laid out with a slide on a flat plate (you can spread the condensed mass not only on a plate, but in any form that you have). But I like to form the cake on a plate: the more carelessly we make a slide, the more beautiful you will get a cake when it stiffens.
  8. Black chocolate is rubbed on a fine grater (you can have milk chocolate).
  9. Sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate.
  10. We send the cake to the refrigerator for one hour to freeze.
