We will prepare all the products in advance.

  1. We clean and wash the head of onions, finely chopped (true, in my family everyone loves when onions in a dish are cut into half-rings - so it preserves the aroma and juiciness).
  2. A large carrot is mine, we clean and grind (you can cut with straw or grate on a large grater - on an amateur).
  3. Thin shred cabbage.

We proceed directly to the preparation of the second dish - buckwheat with vegetables.

  1. In a saucepan or a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the vegetable oil and put the onions and carrots over medium heat until half-ready, stirring constantly.
  2. Send cabbage to vegetables and cook until cooked.
  3. On stewed vegetables lay out the selected buckwheat, salt, pepper to taste, add a couple of laurel leaves. Fill all with warm water so that it covers 2 cents. Do not mix!
  4. Stew until cooked buckwheat, over low heat under the lid.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle (if desired) fresh greens: the best for this dish is suitable parsley (but you can use any other, for your taste).
