I found the recipe accidentally, on social networks, and was very surprised that such beauty can be prepared without any special difficulties at home. A very original and spectacular cake in the form of a bottle of "Coca-Cola" will decorate the festive table and will please the guests not only with their appearance. The taste of this delicacy is simply stunning: an airy biscuit in combination with a delicate cream and chocolate.


  • 400-450 grams of dark chocolate;
  • 200-250 grams of sponge cake (you can buy already ready or make yourself).

Syrup for biscuit impregnation:

  • 40 grams of sugar;
  • 30 milliliters of rum (you can brandy);
  • 150 milliliters of water.

For cream:

  • 50 grams of sugar;
  • 400 milliliters of cream 30-35% fat content;
  • 250 grams of cream cheese (mascarpone).

To form a cake:

  • a plastic bottle of 1.5 liters Coke.

Awesome cake "Coca-Cola." Step-by-step recipe

  1. First, prepare a bottle of Coca-Cola (1.5 liters): remove the label, it's good mine and dried.
  2. Using a knife, we cut out a hole in the bottle 5-6 centimeters wide and 10-12 centimeters long.
  3. Prepare syrup for impregnation of biscuit. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add sugar and let it simmer for about five minutes over medium heat. Then we pour into a bowl, add rum or cognac, and let the time cool down.
  4. Chocolate should be melt in a microwave oven or with a water bath. We take the prepared bottle from under Coca-Cola (it should be completely dry), we pour half of the melted chocolate into the cut hole and distribute it on the whole surface of the bottle so that it covers its inner part as much as possible.
  5. When the chocolate is distributed over the entire inner surface of the bottle, it is necessary to put it with the cut part down, so that the excess chocolate dries (you can do it over a bowl with melted chocolate). When the excess chocolate drains, send the bottle for half an hour to the refrigerator.
  6. We take the bottle from the refrigerator and pour it again with melted chocolate, distributing it throughout the inner surface of the bottle. We also remove the excess, we put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  7. Prepare the cream. In a convenient bowl, pour in the cream, beat the mixer for a couple of minutes at medium speed, add sugar, and as the cream thickens, add mascarpone and continue to whip (it turns out a strong and elastic cream).
  8. Prepare a biscuit: you can buy it in the store already ready or cook yourself. Cut biscuits into strips and very well soak them with syrup.
  9. Inside the bottle with frozen chocolate we spread the first layer of biscuit impregnated with syrup and well spread it with cream. Next, put the second layer of biscuit on top and evenly cover it with cream. Thus we fill the entire inner part of the bottle. Excess cream on the edges of the bottle is removed with a napkin.
  10. Council. Lay the biscuit as tightly as possible so that there are no empty spaces: you can use small pieces of biscuit.
  11. When the last piece of biscuit is put in the bottle, it should be lightly pressed, remove the excess cream and smear the carved hole with the melted chocolate. Send it to the fridge for one night.
  12. After the chocolate is well frozen, you need to carefully remove the bottle. It is necessary to cut the bottle very carefully with a knife, trying not to damage the chocolate.
  13. When the bottle is removed, there will be small spots on the chocolate, scrapes, they can be removed by rubbing with a palm or a damp paper towel.
  14. We turn to the decoration of the cake. With a plastic bottle, remove the lid and ring, put on the neck of the chocolate bottle. Also put a washed label on the chocolate bottle.
