  1. From this number of ingredients we will get two amazing cakes, but if you want to get a big cake - increase the number of ingredients by half.
  1. To make an amazing cake, we need two egg whites.
  2. Tip: for the preparation of cakes "Anna Pavlova" I used eggs of the category "Selective" C-0. Separate the proteins from the yolks should be very carefully, so that the yolk does not get into the protein - this is very important.
