Then to the cooled whipped cream we add the cooled strawberry puree. And mix everything in a homogeneous mass.
- Gelatin, which is already quite well swollen, put on a water bath and warm it up a little. It is necessary to stir it and bring it into a homogeneous liquid state. Then, straining through a sieve, pour gelatin into the creamy-strawberry mass. We mix everything thoroughly.
- Strawberry souffle prepared, now we are preparing a container, in which we will form jelly. I use a crock of about 250 milliliters. Of all these ingredients, 8 servings were obtained.
- Fill the cream on half the strawberry souffle. Then we send them to the refrigerator for 30 minutes, so that the souffle stiffens a little.
- In the meantime, we will take jelly from the sachet. I have a strawberry, its weight is 90 grams. According to the instructions, it is written to pour 400 milliliters of water, and I will pour the liquid 100 milliliters less. So I pour it into a bowl and add 300 milliliters of hot water. I mix everything with a whisk until it is uniform. We leave the strawberry jelly until it cools down completely.
- Now back to the strawberry, which we have left: that's 250 grams. We will also wash it and remove the tails. We cut each berry into four parts.
- We get out the refrigerator with a frozen souffle. We spread the cut strawberries on top. Spread out chaotically, but not too tightly.
